Haynes Brings It and Wins in IFL Debut

Left hooks and submission defense proved to be the winning combination when Josh 'Bring the Pain' Haynes fought Leopoldo Serao in Josh's IFL debut. Serao obviously wanted none of Hayne's standup power and tried desperately to get the fight to the ground. He had little success and failed to capitalize on his opportunities as Haynes fought off submission attempts and landed powerful shots on his way to a three round unanimous decision victory.

Haynes Makes His IFL Debut!

Josh 'Bring the Pain' Haynes will be making his IFL debut on February 29th. Josh is a late replacement for injured middleweight fighter Benji Radach and will be facing Leopoldo Serao. Josh has been looking for a chance to fight for the IFL and now he's got it! It's a matchup of styles as Josh brings his ferocious standup and crushing punching power to play against Serao's jiu jitsu.

Haynes Ko's Heath, Looks Forward to Marks!

Josh “Bring The Pain” Haynes had another excellent performance this past weekend at Warriors Cup in Stockton, CA. He knocked out Steve Heath with solid right hand mid way through the first round. This was Haynes’s second knockout victory in less than 30 days. Up next Haynes will headline XFC at the AT&T Center in San Antonio on November 10th. He will be taking heavy-handed Cedric Marks who has a wealth of experience. Haynes is extremely excited about this match up and once looks forward to knocking out the hometown guy!
